The Mwangaza Fund is an opportunity for you to continue supporting Mwangaza Children’s Choir after it returns home to Uganda from the United States. Africa Renewal Ministries takes special care of the choir children when they return, because they have been exposed to many new and exciting places, people, churches and schools. The Mwangaza Fund assists the children in re-acclimating to their homeland, as well as continuing to develop the leadership potential gained from their exposure to the US. In addition, the Fund helps the choir children’s parents move toward the ministry goal of economic self-sustainability in the home. For example, during the 2010 Tour, supporters decided to purchase a cow for $300 for each child’s family to provide much-needed income from the dairy products.
